Last december I made this collage as a 30th birthday gift for Sarah. I scanned it before framing it and giving it to her. Last weekend I went to a paint party where we painted the Golden Gate Bridge. Since I was going to hang that painting up in our apartment anyway, I decided to get a print of my collage scan and frame it next to the painting. So for a mere $3 I have this nice copy that I've just hung in our living room, and I love it. The timing is very fitting, too, because Dad is renting out the SF house for at least a year this time, so we don't know when, or if, we'll be back to visit again. Now every time I look at this print I feel both nostalgic and happy.
