- I've been back from my Christmas trip a couple days, but I'm still so grateful to be able to sleep in my own bed.
- Also SO grateful for CA weather. It was in the 60s today.
- My respiratory infection is healing up. I expect it'll be gone entirely in the next day or two.
- Jack went out last night and got all the groceries
- and specifically got me a bunch of tea, including Chai tea.
- I enjoyed a cup this morning before leaving for the lab meeting.
- And the day before yesterday Jack made a special trip right before bed just to get me cough drops.
- I'm sloooowly making progress on my project proposal.
- Both yesterday and today I got to enjoy catching up with my graduate school friends. I haven't seen them in almost a month.
- My dad has been a big help to me with an upcoming speech I have to do. Super supportive and innovative.
- So have several of my family members and friends.
- Yesterday I enjoyed watching Collateral while designing my 2014 Calendar. I love creating things.
